Reef and Thalia surf shop joined forces to debut their newest collection called Resrv. Friends, surf media and people “just passing through” the Laguna Art Walk all joined in the celebration last Thursday night.
We were graced with a picture-perfect California day with little 2-3ft peaks before the event started at 6pm.
One lucky attendee walked away with a brand new Xanadu surfboard as he was the lucky winner drawn from the hat of people who made a Resrv purchase for that evening.
Reef surf team rider, Catherine Clark, got on the mic and stopped people in there tracks with her amazing voice and her acoustic guttar skills. DIY (Do it yourself) king, Cyrus Sutton, had his mini-recycled section going — transplanting used beer bottles and turning them into beer mugs.
Luke Davis, Paul Fisher and Dean “Dingo” Morrison, as well as local surfer, Hans Hagen, were on hand to enjoy the evening’s festivities.
Big shout out to Nick, Josh, Corey, and Karissa from Thalia Surf shop for making the evening one not to forget. Also, Chuck Elliot and all the Reef crew who helped with the set up.
