Yesterday a press conference concerning the NIGHT of the JUMPs / FIM Freestyle MX World Championship Guangzhou has been held in China's capital city Beijing. On September 15th and 16th this year the first ever Grand Prix of the official Freestyle Motocross World Championship will be held on Chinese ground in the Guangzhou International Sports Arena.During the press conference, which took place in the 7 Star Hotel opposite to the Beijing Olympic Stadium, not only the 2012 Grand Prix has been announced but also a long-term partnership between the NIGHT of the JUMPs and the Chinese partner Wisdom Media has been confirmed. Chinese state television CCTV and more than 60 journalists attended the signing of the contract that guarantees China a spot on the annual FIM Freestyle Motocross World Championship calendar for several years.The Chinese contests reinforce the NIGHT of the JUMPs' position as worlds biggest and most extreme freestyle motocross tour.
